I would recommend watching these videos before trying it yourself. 4 months in my banshee so far . There's always a surprise behind the next part.
I have learned to watch a video of Michael. Before trying myself. These days most banshees will have a mixture of factory and performance parts.Good luck
Bro I used threaded rod and anyone stuff that fit.. the center that slides out was super handy if done in certain order. I feel like u might have anticipated getting some crap for this one lol
I love the smell of burnt anti seize
Hey mike why wouldn’t you just buy a cheap shop press from harbor freight or something to do all your bearings?
Can I know the size of Bearing?
Safety glasses FTW!! Someone who actually gives a shit about safety.. Lol
ClutchLuck24/7 lol I'm actually pretty bad with it but I've had to go to the hospital twice now to have metal shavings removed from my eyes so I've learned...
Ouch! I have seen how that is done and I want no parts of it.. They scrape your eyeball with this metal tool right??
I'm wanting to paint my hubs as well as replace the bearings. Did you scratch up the surface before paint? Or just wipe down with acetone and spray them? Also what are u doing with the white plastic in the back ground ?
Hey man, i used an aggressive wire wheel to scuff up the surfaces of the hubs before I primed and painted. I am selling the white plastics; I believe they are OEM, full cut with no cracks.
Michael Sabo nice I'm going to do that to mine, did you use self etching primer or any primer first or just a good coat of paint?
Also how much for the white fronts? I race cut mine and I really regret doing it.
On the hubs I believe I used a bonding primer before my base coat and then I clear coated as well.
Are you anywhere near Philly? I was going to sell the set for 180, so 90$.
What color did you paint your hubs?
They are lime green by rustoleum. They are still holding up well.
Bad Bad Bad😮
nice vids man ,but y not powdercoat?
JL's INC. I was back and forth with PC but the whole idea of this build was to make a budget bike. paint and stripling supplys were about 50$ as compared to 400 for sandblasting and PC on frame, a-arms etc.
i pc mine and alot of parts for 300 and it will last long time ,i will put my vid up at end of the week of the finished product ,join out banshee groups on fb ,banshee hq and south texas banshee alot of good info and people on there
JL's INC. I will join! I watch south Texas's videos, great guy

It's hard to go from barely hearing you, to super loud music.
