Ma'am how did you manage to get the lingual tapering? Also the tapering will be observed in lingual side of the root?

You have to carve the mesial and distal surface slanted.. That's how you get tapering.

Always try to carve and finish the apical 3rd in the end. If you're carving the apical part of the root early..even slight pressure will break it.
