Man. These guys have to be some of the greatest musicians in modern music. They're just all absolute masters of their respective instrument. After listening to their records I thought, there's absolutely NO WAY they could play these songs live. But I am thoroughly impressed. They do their songs flawlessly live. It is such an amazing thing to watch and hear. I hope these guys get more support. They truly deserve it. One of my favourite metal bands for sure. Thank you for your incredible talent Vektor.
I was unsure if I’d like them since I’m a tech death person, but I gave them a chance after the “world destroyer” screams on black future, and they are literally my favorite band a few months later. I haven’t listened to (almost) anything else in nearly six months. Inferi too though, my two favorites.
What can i say. I haven't been listening to their albums so much, maybe it'll change at the some point (maybe that point is now), but their performance on stage is just something else. Utterly amazing! Almost reaches those Voivod levels, still one of the best gigs i've ever seen. Hopefully i get to witness Vektor live at some point aswell. Both of the guitarists (to start with) are clearly geniuses, well practiced and visionaries. Thank you for making the metal scene that much better.
Anyone know what the song order of the full setlist was for this show? On Feb 14, 2013, at Saint Vitus, Brooklyn, they definitely finished with these 3 songs, and they also played these in I'm not sure what order: Tetrastructural Minds, Forests Of Legend, and Cosmic Cortex...
Vocals sound similar to Chuck Schuldiner....in the beginning of Outer Isolation and somewhat towards the end. Influenced by Death , Slayer , and Voivod ...sounds like...

The fact that he plays and sings at the same time is impressive
Usually i don't say that i have a favourite band, but they're an exception... VEKTOR ARE MY FAVOURITE BAND, DAMN
mines too man!!
Same
The spelling of the word favorite is British spelling of the word favorite.
Best fucking space thrash metal ever, man I wish they get together again...¡peruvian fan here!
This is by far the best thrash metal band i've ever seen. Why aren't they more popular :S?
why would you want them to be popular?
@@MusicOfDestruction people naturally want things they love to succeed. Popularity means they have succeeded so that is quite a normal thing to want.
Best Band Ever

3:04 blake wtf ?!
absolute monsters
The vocals are like a combination of Death and Destruction lol
"Death and Destruction are what I've been given"
Seems like every other band likes to downtune... Well Vektor isn't one of those bands, as they tune up a semitone. And this sxit is hard as fuxk!
When did these guys form?? I only just discovered them. They kinda like 2016's answer to Destruction with black metal cross over!
havok like tallica and vector like megadeth
Nailed it right on the head

That guy in the white ballcap.........hahaha 17:05

I also hear a lot of early Megadeth influence in the guitar work, coupled with obvious early black metal stuff.
are they making another album ??
+Danny Cadieux they dropped a new single not too long ago.
Hahaha ace
if i could play guitar i would only play Vektor
it’s true, it’s all you play once you learn
What bass was he using?
He mentioned in an interview the band did once that that particular bass was custom made by someone in Arizona, but I forget who exactly.
blake always forgets something on outer isolation lmao
Ionian , Mixolydian ....
