man since i saw raging bull i fell in love with this song and always wanted to create something with it. This inspired me so much, beautiful work man! Im debating between this camera or the fx30, do you have any insights?
I think the X-H2S has more interesting pro features (6.2K Open Gate, ProRes internal, really low rolling shutter), as well as a viewfinder (which I tend to use quite a lot, also for filmmaking). The FX30 on the other hand has better autofocus and from what its seems a nice looking for body for video shooting. The end quality from what I saw online is similar between both. I only own the Fujifilm X-H2S and I really love how the camera handles highlights and color, everything I shoot in F-log2 looks already cinematic when just adding a LUT. I think your choice depends whether or not you already own lenses for Sony and how much you depend on (flawless) autofocus, Sony camera's are generally the best at it and their lenses also perform better in that regard it seems. That said, the pretty old and stuttering 16mm f1,4 from Fuji was not really great at autofocus before (on my X-T3) but on my X-H2S with firmware updates it became actually pretty smooth in focus racking with the right settings. It almost feels like a different lens now!
How would you describe that feel? Personally, I have noticed that I pretty much like the texture of Sony footage, but there's just some 'weirdness' to the colors unless you edit them heavily and skillfully (I've recently edited footage from a Sony FS7 or similar camera). With the Fuji (at least with the LUTS I use) there is some stuff going with the footage where it is really colorful yet still a balance image somehow.@@KielHoilett
That opening shot was a brilliant combination of colour, focal length and sound -- bloody great job!
Love how you capture the light!
Beautiful vídeo! Can you tell us more about the color grading process?
Love the grade that you use for this video! A nice peaceful edit as well :)

NP! You too :)@@MiguelGonzalez-sp6cq
I returned my 30 to get h2s. Just doesn’t compare in the feel you can achieve. Just translates better
