If the vehicle is chocked for rolling down hill it can’t roll up hill on its own. Once you start lifting the vehicle as high as I do, during the lifting process the vehicle moves at least a foot away from the chock anyways.

I understand safety, but seems like you're wasting a lot of Time, Just to do pads and roaders...
Taking the extra steps when it’s part or your regular routine doesn’t take more than a few minutes. Safety is number 1.
