Study Tips ☁️: - be prepared , get a snack to boost the energy you’ll need for revising / studying for however long. - wear headphones , listening to music with headphones in improves focus and concentration , give it a try - bring a small snack : make sure you have something to nibble on if you become hungry during studying so it’s quicker - have a revision / study plan : make sure you know what topic(s) you will be focusing on and have a schedule so it’s a lot more efficient. - turn off all distractions on your devices , and place them in a drawer preferably with a lock so you’re not tempted to get it out :) - make sure to silence your notifications !! I just studied for two whole hours and i feel like god, remember to go over text/audio/video at least two times and try to use pomodoro studying if you have focus issues. Reminder: After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me.
You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book.
