Fluoroquinilones (levaquin) have destroyed my life. Thanks for finally explaining to me what actually happened on a cellular level. It's there any way too reverse the damage? My tendons continue to atrophy.
The first time I took a Fluoroquinolone I soon became suicidal. Since I am usually a very positive person and an optimist even when things are at their worst, I found this frightening and figured it was my body's way of telling me to stop taking the stuff IMMEDIATELY!!! Thanks for sharing Justin Gould.
Stem Cell infusion into your spine from the stem cells harvested from your own fat cells and grown to provide enough to be inserted into your spine. This is by far the best option it can curb recovery by years as opposed to no treatment.Dr. Ghalili of los angeles regenerative medicine he also suffered and lost the use of his legs for many months. Now he is treating fluoroquinolone toxicity only. Bless You Justin and the best of luck i hope you recover okay.
I think you got the classification of Topoisomerase wrong (from 12:42 onwards). There are 2 classes of topoisomerase Class- I and Class-II. Class-I cuts one strand of DNA helix (do not require ATP except for reverse gyrase), and Class-II cuts two strands of DNA helix (requires ATP). Examples of Class-I are Topoisomerase I, III, and V. Example of Class-II are Topoisomerases II, IV, and VI.
i was floxed in dec 13..trying to fix the destruction levaquin caused..ruined my life..sure wish someone would present a solution..dr lonney herman know how to treat this but he is west palm beach..
watch the last 3 minutes of it. floroquinolones affect the DNA gyrase and allow them to only carry out the exonuclease activity to make that double stranded break (relieving of supercoiling) but does not retain its Ligation function.
1:40 Doxycline is not an example of FLUROQUINOLONES.
Examples of fluroquinolones are CIPROFLOXACIN, NORFLOXACIN, LEVOFLOXACIN
yeah...
doxycyclin is tetracycline lmfao
Hafizah Hoshni thank you, the other drug he mentioned is actually a macrolide and not all suffix with cin equals a fluoroquinolone..
