Yes, I was in Turkey in December last year. I applied for a holiday visa at the Turkish embassy in Germany and it worked.

It is only an ordinary travel document and it is an alternative to the national passport, because the holder of them due to their Refugee/asylum status cannot refer to their national embassy to get or extend their national passport

I don't think it is possible for you to get it through online application. If it is technically possible for you, the Foreigners' Office in Germany accept it.

@@asadzeeshan4321 It is not true what they are saying, bro. Maybe you should once refer to one of the migration offices such as, Caritas, Diakonie, DRK, etc.. in your city, or if you have a lawyer he/she can also assist you with that.

Unfortunately I don't know about the laws in that country. But in Germany you can't apply for this because you don't live here and you don't have a protection here.

But because of your travel to your country of origin the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees of Germany inquir how and why you visited your country of origin. You will no longer be allowed to visit your country of origin with a Refugee Status unless you get German nationality.
