I adore spaghetti bolognese 😋; it's one of my top dishes. To be honest, I've always battled with my weight. I'd love to purchase new clothes for the summer, but unfortunately, I'm short on funds. 😅

Oh thank you Charlotte but I'm not sure about that😁 that's actually quite hard to film anything without tripod for me... how you did that in your travel vlog so nicely?!? I've been walking so slowly but at the end half of the footage was shaky and unusable 😆
@@anetamay7 tu sais, ma belle sœur m’a dit que les vidéos « voyage » sont comme ça, ça bouge un peu plus que la normale mais ce n’est pas vraiment gênant en soi. C’est le principe. Je pense qu’on doit essayer d’être moins perfectionniste sur certains aspects. Elle a sûrement raison 😌. Mais je m’étais fait exactement la même réflexion que toi en voyant certains rushes de mon voyage, et effectivement il y a beaucoup de choses que je n’ai pas mises, surtout les séquences filmées au souk.
@@anetamay7 et malheureusement à notre niveau on n’a pas de quoi investir dans du matériel hyper haut de gamme qui peut gommer toutes les imperfections. Heureusement, au montage on peut en atténuer certaines,mais ce n’est pas parfait.
@@anetamay7 et oui, concernant Baby : méfie-toi. Si tu continues à avoir si peu de considération pour lui, il finira par te demander de déménager 🤣

ho visto che hai aggiunto il mirin (utilizzato nella cucina giapponese) mi puoi dire a quale sapore si potrebbe paragonare? Aceto di mele? Vino bianco?

Ciao Mariangela🤗 yes it's mirin, it's similar to sweet white wine but it's very soft, it's not sour as wine from grapes... so easiest way is to put some sugar into white wine and use just a spoon of this mixture into the pan (it can't overtake the taste of the dish) ... hope it'll help😊

@@bimy6430 great! 😊 yes in asian cuisine it's very common... I'm using it everytime I'm using soy sauce ... it somehowe very well balance that salty taste but it's softer than sugar so it became part of my cooking very quickly 😊
