if im using added hair I won't wash my hair, but its been years since I've done styles with weave that I would leave in for 4 weeks. Now I may do a crochet and leave it for 2 weeks and take it out. If I do mini twists on with no added hair I will wash and condition them throughout the duration of having them in. I agree though I think It really depends on the state of your hair and the protective style. Senegalese twists I would do back to back without issue but the Marley hair or hair used for faux locx will definitely take more moisture out of your so I would definitely take a break between those styles

Exactly ! Totally agree
okay let’s be honest … how long do you keep your protective style ? 👀
1 month MAX
A month if I’m pushing it but I always quit at the 3 week mark
@@CammyjOfficial that’s reasonable !
@@whitneyb6115 sounds reasonable !
@NeilaBedilia girl I have some knotless braids in my hair now that’s 7 weeks old. I’m taking them out tonight, time went by too fast 💨
Chile….
Hahaha ! 🌚🌚
I honestly believe we get real delusional about “protective” styles. Nothing destroying your hair can be considered protective.
I always wash my hair when I get protective styles
@@CammyjOfficial PREACH
@@CammyjOfficial why is it so rare ?!
