My best 400m memory at Champs involved Cameron from St Jago and Stapleton from KC. Most thrilling 400m race at champs for me. If that race can be found it should be shown on UA-cam
The legacy of the 400*4 is so strong it breaks 💔 my heart to see what is happening now ....the pride they had to represent 🇯🇲....how time has changed

The first rule in Sports is never change a winning Team, just putting that out there maybe the right Person will see it.
The present right person's know that but they aren't about the proper team work, it's all about my athlete must 'mek' a money or certain athletes aren't organic jamaican so they shouldn't be chosen, I'm throwing shades at the athletes chosen for our male 4×100 team' Andrew Hudson shouldve been included to be on that bend for us to have a chance at challenging for the main medal. I know didn't I would live to hear an athlete saying that she isnt participating in the Olympics because she has a slight injury when the Games are roughly 2 months away, well i interpit this comment as belittling the Olympic games. Our 4×400 relay runners needs to be work on mentally both male & female, remembered when an 18yrs Bertland Cameron who had a very 47 PB was selected to do relay duties at the 1978 CWG and in that finals he..... anyhow nuff stated ppl who are interested I believe that race on UA-cam go and watched it.
