It’s quite hard to admit this level of vulnerability but listening to you over the years, I have usually listened to each video as they come out. Sometimes I get wrapped up in life and go a few weeks without listening. When my mind starts becoming my enemy and intrusive thoughts start their shit… you have always brought me back to the present.
