    I used to think this dish was v hard to make. But I have recently practised a lot and it's actually v easy. The scrumptious returns on just a little effort makes Assam Prawn such a worthwhile dish to cook. Savoury, sour, sweet, aromatic. These prawns really whet the appetite and you just want more!

    I don't think we have this tamarind paste but we do have a tamarind powder used in soups so maybe I could use that to recreate this. It looks simple with common ingredients in your pantry. Supporting my fellow vloggers. +1 subscriber here.
