sorry, but I have the impression that the ranking forgets a major detail... Dazai can only deactivate powers, on the other hand anyone who is physically stronger than him can win (there is an example from the first season where Dazai struggles against a man more muscular than him and must switch opponents with Kunida to defeat their respective enemies)

Yeah no.. I would say Fyodor is second since we recently saw how powerful crime and punishment is and chuuya should be first cus 1, he’s canonically the strongest ability user and 2 he can activate corruption. Dazai would probably be 5th since I’m guessing this is based off physical strength

Chuuya is the strongest but, as long as dazai have his ability others abilities doesnt matter to him he can manage a way out by making a plan and deactivating their power, but the strongest is not a quite fit for his situation either. But still in general this list is not that bad, thinking the things they have done rather than just their physical and abilitiy power if we think their impact on the stuff that happened these all seems about right mostly
