+UltraTien I watched his replay vs Tampa Bison and he has no fundamentals or footsies. He just has all of his buttons on turbo and mashes the whole time. Tampa Bison bodied him. Toolassisted doesn't win all of his matches, he gets outplayed quite often. But because of how input buffers work in this game, he can't drop links or miss combos because he's just holding the buttons on turbo, and the combos work every time. Also, did anyone notice that Toolassisted had 70 win streak, lost, then still had a 70 win streak in the next match? He DCs to keep his points and streak.
+el_Principe also if he d/c'd before the match can report Mike wouldn't have got the win. I've ran into him on ranked before and broke his streak without a d/c shit like this happens randomly
There's no AI, it's just a super silver scrub with macros. Also because Max has footsies and Miek Russ panic jumps too much, which is super easy to punish with macros.

i've seen alittle bit, i only play 3rd strike and some of 5 , average player, but this isn't a tool assist, and if it is a tool assisted bot, it was set on average play or such, because usually you set toolassist to play on its own, so i guess this is someone controlling a bot and using some sort of macro "macro = makes 1 button = ultra" or makes the backstick = blocks all directions depends on the script sent from the player's upload, but overall if its really toolassisted... you wont win . So just my opinion that this is either tool assisted @ some sort of medium level OR just someone playing with toolassisted buttons/macros .
