Liam's deadly stare while saying "In Tschörmany vea don't say" always cracks me up😂 This charming couple deserve their own TV show.
Fully agree!
I agree.
As s nativ speaker, I have to corret you. The corectly German spelling is: "In Tschörmanie we donnt sey..."
@@MichaelNeuschel Thanks so much😂
That’s what I’m saying , give them an Emmy Award sign them to something bc their skits and banter are genius ❤
Euer Podcast gefällt mir
I can see how Germans and British would get along! They are possibly the most uptight Europeans! 😄🫶🏻
Grilled food is the best food. Please make an episode with the old man grilling😂
Grilled veggies and delicious I love grilled cabbage, it’s wonderful to grill anytime of the day whenever u want to
Yes! BITTE
Nicht im Saarland. Mir grille nit; mir schwenke!!!
You two are the cutest. ❤
She's so gorgeous 😍 her facial bone structure is like a model❤stunning 😍 😊
Danke Valerie und Liam 👍
9:52 "more than once a mampf" sounds very accurate in this context 😂
In Germany we say: ANGRILLEN 🍗
Liam, I guess it's time to make a video about the lack of air conditioning in German homes and most public places 😅
Für die Nation mit den höchsten Energie Preisen der Welt , sind Klimaanlagen leider nicht bezahlbar
In Germany everything above Zero is Grillwetter.
Neujahrangrillen! Sollte in den Duden😅
@@stephaniegosewinkel4227
Auf jeden Fall! 😂
Klar! 😂
But at least above zero Celsius...not Fahrenheit.
A little grilled eggcelent meat with sausages and grilled vegetables always hit different on a hot summer day. With a refreshing lemonade. Love your vids.
Love from Hungary
Liam has been to some fairly bad British BBQs if he's only ever had burgers and sausages.
My second favourite Anglo German young couple. I'm related to the first.
😂
No central air condition in Germany homes😣
i have always loved Germany and i cant wait to one day visit, i love your videos.
Same
Lo stesso per me
Same here. The German people are resilient and industrious... Defacto leader of the EU... After everything they've been through and in present day the third largest economy in the world.... RESPECT!
Hallow from Amerika! Florida. It's HOT here too!! VERY hot. 96F, not sure what that is in Celcius. The humidity here is sometimes near 100% most summer days. Even with no rain.
That's around 36C. Imagine doing that without AC which is how most Europeans spend their summers.
Celcius is about a 1/3 ...
@@Rubberduck-zt8lm Try that with 28 F or so... Better bring adequate clothing.
@@tillneumann406 I live in the Arctic , i could properly teach you more about clothes then your local survival store
Now compare the latitudes of Florida to those of Germany. Berlin in northeast Germany, for instance, is located as far north on the globe as Calgary, Alberta in Canada. Due to the Gulf Stream northwestern Europe isn't as cold as western or central Canada, but it is usually much cooler there than in the states that border the Gulf of Mexico (which is more comparable to the Mediterranean Sea and northern Africa).
Love the podcast, always makes me happy!
The baffling European lack of air conditioning...
Come home funny couple, I can lend you both one of my 50 jumpers, especially here in the North of Scotland
Talking about "Grilling"; at Burger-fests, why do they grill "Bratwurst" and steaks and not burgers? 🤔(As you say @ 14:20 only 15% grill burgers. Ok, ok, I'm not saying they should grill Bürgers!🤣)
This is so awesome. This is my first time seeing one of your video chats. Whatever you'd like to call it. ❤ (Also it's been 110F for almost 6 months now in Arizona so... 😂)
I bet they’d love your AC. Very surprised Liam and Valerie don’t have a fan in every room, or at least a fan blowing across a block of ice.
Oh delivery services in Germany!!!!! How about DPD forgetting my signature and stealing an entire set of rims and tyres......... Just a Nightmare!!!!
Ah, a new episode, eggcellent
50% of British will be at the wedding. Do you realize that you are all Germans? Well, Germanic tribes that is 😁👀
Valerie is so adorable
Thanks to your creations, deep inside i continue detaching from my mother tongue and culture content-piece by content-piece.
ALso is there a podcast episode on how the two of you met? I'd love to know the origin story
In Germany we dont say: „was hat den Täter wohl nur zu so einer Tat getrieben“
We say: „haben wir als Gesellschaft vielleicht versagt?“
You two do make me laugh, I can't believe Liam how you've influenced your wife's English accent (Apologies for not knowing your name) there's nothing wrong with being German, I do think the UK could learn something from behaving towards their neighbors But grilling 65% of the time is mental and I love a burger. 😂
Meine Nachbarn grillen einfach wirklich gerade
Lived in Emden , smaller city in Germany. Was at a party, the neighbour was staring all the time from the balcony. As soon as it was 10:00 she called the police. No warning or any communication, had eye contact with everyone in the party . Some people just want the world to burn
Loads of my UK friends put also veg on the BBQ, and burgers became very popular in Austria the last couple of years
Sounds like 🇩🇪 is only second to Australia 🇦🇺 🍔
0:07 we say SONNENBRAND UND MÜCKEN ÜBERALL
Ich mag eure Videos echt. Aber die sind mir inzwischen echt viel zu lang.
Da bin ich leider raus. Schade
Meanwhile in Ireland: Maximum 20°C and once the sun is out: "Let's have a BBQ...NOW!"
His accent definately rubs off on her. You need to blast some Rammstein at the wedding!
Favorite youtube duo!❤
"Who uses Facebook in the first place?" haha
Bacon on the bbq tastes the best. And I have the bbq in the garage so I can grill in any weather.
My parents got me an electric grille a few Christmases ago, and I really like it.
You're awesome 🫠. I live in a Erdgeschoß now and cannot Stoß Lüften 🥺. It's difficult because everyone can step in 🫣, but I love to live here. And I love watching your videos😍🥰.

Who is the “first”?
@@klimtkahlofollowers of this channel. Hopefully they will see my comment.
In English, sweating like a pig refers to the process of producing pig iron.
That’s right, pigs don’t sweat
Big fan Liam!
Macht Kinder die Zeit rennt.
Awesome couple 👍🇦🇺
Ok kids, here’s what you do- first, use thermometer and find out if it really is hotter inside than out. (A phone app , if you can’t get one at a hardware store) . Get more fans. Open the windows wide all night, and shut them as soon as you get up. (If your house doesn’t get hotter than outside- unter dem Dach might make that not so) Shade your windows from the outside if you can. And use the fans!
Absolutely amazing videos sharing dear friend 🙏
Really enjoyed watching my favourite channel ❤❤😊
Super big big like thumbs up 👍👍👍👍👍
See you again, keep intouch ❤️
As a Swabian I don't have to grill burgers. I'll grill Fleischküchle. But to be fair it's cevapcici more often.
I like those conversations very much. And for Valerie: if the delivery service fails to drop the package where it's supposed to be they do fail at providing a good service. I don't think that there's much to feel bad about or feel that it would be too German. They're not supposed to play hiding Easter eggs with stuff you've possibly paid for already.
I’m eating schnitzel tomorrow in Pennsylvania I miss Germany so much
eure kinder werden bestimmt keine blauen bekommen hahahhah bin mir sicher sehr schöne augen sogar
Liam's English is pretty good, bravo!
In Germany we say:"Fleisch ist mein Gemüse!
Americans surely say “I’m sweating like a pig” , it sounds better in German
British sausage rocks! Much better than bratwurst
Can't be that bad. Im stuck in a holding cell in Klagenfurt.
The Germans like trusting people and the British fairness.
A german household without a thermometer, how can you find the optimal time to start stoßlüften
They have saunas in Uganda.
Nothing against electric grills. They are perfect for urban areas where you don't want to bother others with the smell of burning coal.
And Liam being so shocked by the court ruling shows that he is not as germanized as he believes he is. ;)
That's a totally reasonable ruling. The general rule should indeed be not more than once a week if you live somewhere were the smoke or the get together will disturb others.
My former neighbour was someone who would strecth that in the summer. Especially because he never warned me in advance and I have my windows open in the kitchen most of the time and so the smell would be right in my kitchen.
So our solution was, that I asked him to simply come up before he starts the grill and warn me, so that I can close down the windows.
That worked and it never bothered me again. But that only worked because he lived right below me. If it had been another person that I could not get in direct contact with, it would have probably ended up with me waving court rulings at his face.
As for party noise: I have zero patience with that stuff. In my experience asking nicely in person to turn it down leads to you having to go at least a second time.
I simply expect adults to know the rules and that you are supposed to keep quiet after 22:00. So I WILL call the police after 0:00, because I very much know that it will still take at least 90 minutes and probably two visits from the police until it is really quiet. And by quiet I mean QUIET. No music and no conversations to be heard.
My brain is incabable of switching off when I hear people talking, I always try to listen in what people say.
Your wife is gorgeous
Shout out Manchester
hallo
