My daughter is extremely good at finding the deals. She looks for sales, clearance items, store brands, coupons and some bulk buys. Plus we try to make meals from items we already have so nothing goes to waste.
I remember spending $250 on groceries for the month for 2 people.
Only went back out and bought bread or milk and some fruits.
Now I’m spending double that and is feeling pressured to by organic which is claiming to be healthy.
I started ordering grocery pick up. I only buy what I need and do not throw unnecessary things in my cart. I saved about $250/ mo
So prices are up, and so are sales.....which means that prices are what they were before they went up with no sale.
It's bad and they are doing nothing about it. It's hard and really rough🙏

In the United States there is no federal law to prevent but state and city laws prevent to force people to buy. People choose not to when reality dictates you have rights. Capitalism is a crime against humanity.
