Talking about anime, I recommend Violet Evergarden. It has been my go to series ever since it came out. If you ever decide to watch it, start off with the series, and then the movies. Some of the movies are alright but the special with the orchestra/ play and the last movie to come out are good. :D

Dude i just finished the aot final episode and I'm not doing okay at all and i don't want to hear no more about it at all, i was grieving so bad 😭 nothing will ever give me the same feeling as attack on titan did, I'm so glad i gave it a chance
Also about your heart pounding, it is mainly caused by stress, not enough sleep or too much caffeine, although it can be something more serious such as diabetes. Please talk to family and get it checked out if it proceeds.

Same about AOT i cried so much, feel hollow since. The only thing that heals me a bit is reading an actual philosophy book about concepts talked in the story. It’s great. Thankfully there’s lots of great anime. But in my case, nothing can top AOT just like you.

When ever my anxiety acts up I usually watch as me it tend to help me so maybe it can you also and when I'm sad I usually watch stuff and hangout with people who make me happy so I hope you get passed the depression stage
I have the same problem with my heart pounding out of my chest while trying to go to sleep. It’s a ptsd issue for me but i feel a little more comfortable knowing I’m not the only one. It really does suck :(

how to get over at depression
1. Watch other sad animes to get iver attack on titan but then get sad for that anime so the cycle repeats.. one piece has helped me…
