Dear Jesus, I trust your Goodness | Short Jesus Prayer

Heavenly Father, I come before You with a heart longing to trust in Your goodness. You are the Creator of all things, and Your love endures forever. When doubt creeps into my mind, remind me of Your faithful promises.
Teach me to see Your hand at work in every detail of my life.
Your love, O Lord, reaches to the heavens, Your faithfulness to the skies. (Psalm 36:5)
Help me to rest in the vastness of Your care. When I face trials and struggles, help me to trust that You are in control. You have proven Your love by sending Jesus to die for my sins. Because of Him, I know that Your plans for me are good and perfect.
Help me to release my fears and cling to Your unchanging Word.
Let my heart be still and rest in Your unfailing grace and mercy. When I am tempted to rely on my own strength, remind me of Your power.
Fill me with Your peace that surpasses all understanding and guards my heart. Guide me by Your Spirit to walk in faith and not by sight each day.
I will lie down and sleep in peace, for You alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety. (Psalm 4:8)
Grant me rest in Your loving care. May my trust in You grow deeper as I meditate on Your goodness. Help me to remember that all things work together for my good. Thank You for loving me and for being a God who never fails. In Jesus' mighty name I pray, Amen.
