congratulations on your business success, at 37 i finally am relatively ok for a while, got a small property and a bit of cash for a couple of years, What business do you recommend in this environment ?? drop shipping is next to dead or very product dependent, i am having a hard time thinking of an idea to make income, i have etfs and what not but you can not live off them and they will not make you money for 10 years at least

Hi Zane, just came upon your channel today. I can’t wait to binge. I just turned 50 and can retire any day. I agree with your advice about $ and Investing 100%. I didn’t go to college but I bought rentals at 30 and invested in stocks. Now I’m secure enough I can stop working if I want to. If you ever want to go an interview about passive investing im all for it. I live in Maine and work a blue collar job but I did the things you mentioned. I’m a huge believer in MRS.
