11:04 - If I’m not mistaken, I don’t think you could have used web-swing there after Eye in the Sky. We say the phrase “action refund” as shorthand but that isn’t exactly what Eye does. It’s more like a replacement action. So when your opponent used Eye, you *had* to select an action to replace the attack. Since web swing isn’t an action, you wouldn’t have been able to do it right away.
@@docpepperclassic I'd have to check the rules forum/discord it to be 100% sure, but I believe the timing is non-specific on when the other action must be taken, making the phrase "action refund" fairly accurate. I'll be asking about this one since it's a really interesting interpretation of the card, but between Eye in the sky, and similar abilities like Gwen's life saver or Escort to Safety, I've seen it played like this many times so I'd be surprised if it rules differently.

Nick fury jr. Does not gain power if the grunts are out of range 3. The range 3 applies to both parts of director of shield.
