Dead pitches are the ones indians get everytime they are in australia, all the bouncy stuff is saved for the ashes to unleash against the English and the less rich cricket boards like sri Lanka, west indies, Bangladesh etc.The ball just struggled to raise to head height whenever the indian team's in Australia, I wonder why?
@@YashovardhanSinghPariharhe meant bouncy pitches are not used in ind vs aus or any other series. They save it to hit the English batters on the heads.

if green pitches are considered as good contest between batsman and bowler where bowler is in higher advantage then why dead pitches aren’t considered as a good contest where batsman is in higher advantage??

No, it is NOT in any way OK to order a ground crew to produce a wicket that favours anyone, especially when the result is unplayable. There are certain standards that must be maintained. If you produce a wicket that favours your side, that means your side is weak, and not capable of winning on a neutral surface. It ingrains that weakness into your side which means you can't win overseas. The doctoring of pitches kept India a second-rate power in Test cricket for decades.
I still can't understand why grassy pitches have more bounce. Grass in the pitch makes pitch quicker due to low friction but how does it make the pitch bounce. Isn't it hardness of the pitch makes it bounce?
The pitch has no effect or cause in the ball swinging. The ball swings because of atmospheric conditions and the ball swings in the air before it makes contact with the surface. If the facts had been correct this could have been a good video 3:33
Lol England crying over pitches in india makes us feel like dealing with kid who only wants to win and can't digest losing. I think its fair to make pitches which help spinners else mostly game is for batsman and pace bowlers. Infact if you compare the man of the match ratio, mostly it's the batsman who have higher numbers which again is unfair for bowlers.
I did like the information but Didn't understand why only non indian batsman and bowlers were shown in the video..? No Ganguly, Not Dravid and No Sachin Tendulkar.. also there was no Kapil Dev, No Bumarh.. etc.. hence I disliked this video..

Mohali was a good fast bouncing pitch before 2015. Now it had become typical slow subcontinent wicket which is slow and turning from day 1. In the past it was a blowers paradise. Now spinners are the king on mohali pitch. It is so sad.
Dead pitches are not healthy our school ground is the best ground and we have a green top pitch

if green pitches are considered as good contest between batsman and bowler where bowler is in higher advantage then why dead pitches aren’t considered as a good contest where batsman is in higher advantage??
Its good for entertainment
Because batsmen get more advantage on flat pitch than bowlers get on green pitch.
Green pitches will help seamers and a result is expected whereas on flat pitches where batsmen have advantage mostly a draw is seen, that’s why!
There are 6 batsman in team that's why higher advantage but there are 2-3 fast bowlers for green pitch.
Who are here after India vs Australia CWC 2023 Final match?
Australia mostly have crack pitches with good bounce
They have drop in wickets which is usually helpful for batsman

Grass has roots which make s the base of pitch stronger that's why grassy pitches have more bounce than traditional
The grassy pitch has the hard clay below it making the ball less friction and also the tiny grass gives the ball a spring bounce back effect
Friction Kam hoti hai isiliye
normally grassy pitches are made over and above black soil which retains moisture and has tendency to become hard after drying up
