Wow thats really cool, i know how to do that now!
man.. I'll never get this
same lol... I swear colors are some sort of dark magic wizardry that's impossible to understand
color relativity is basically taking the analogous color harmony into extremes. Dont think of them as a "colors you have to carefully pick", think of them as the "colors you are limited to" like an 8 bit or 16 bit color system limitation.
yeah, you can figure out what colors you want beforehand and tint them all to the ambient light. just screw around until you find what looks good
"Oh watch out! that sky is the wrong color"
its also how far away it is, the further away, the more the ambient light „brushes over it“
i think
Yeah I tried it it doesn’t work like that the three separate colours with the Lego shirt I tried it in procreate
The middle one is squidward color
so, to learn this, and learn how to apply it to a given piece, it is just kinda trial and error? memorizing “to make ambient blue show up in this piece, I have to use x color with x saturation”, or are there applicable techniques you can learn??
There are techniques! The full video is linked below the title of this short.
Jeremy goes much more in depth in the full video

I thought you meant the legos and u said red blue green :’)
Just me or did l see the same colour with the Lego man torso. It didn't look different
If you mean the color of the torso or "shirt" of the Lego guy, you saw it exactly right and that's the point of this video.
You're not colorblind and they're dumb.
The torso being the same color is the point of the video. Don't give people a complex about something like that.
@@ProkoTVNo, you’re totally right, I’m sorry! I only meant that the difference seems to be very apparent because of color relativity and if it didn’t it could’ve been because the surrounding colors may not seem that different to someone who is colorblind. Totally see how my comment was completely tone deaf
AHHH it looks like it is warm! I saw this in a vido I will coment on this comnet when I found the vid!!!
What's with the Lego minifigures?
Jeremy uses them in his section of the digital painting fundamentals course to demonstrate on. He showed them being different materials, different colors and tons more.
Proco 🤥
🤔🤨🤥🤥
It's not the same colour 😡😡😡😡😡
It is and is shown as such within the video, one color going across all the chests.

@@ProkoTV take a screenshot and use the image in procreate three different tones on the shirt
YAY LIGHTNING MENTOR FEATURE!! Finding Jeremy’s YT channel since last year blew my mind about how to perceive and pick my colors! wonderful teaching 😊
Jeremy's great! We've loved getting to work with him as part of the Digital Painting Fundamentals course and our recent livestream with him was a really good time.
@@ProkoTV I gotta catch up!!! Thank you always for your videos 🙇♀️🙇♀️
If you don't mind me asking, what is the channel's name?
@@ursamajo.r Not sure if you mean us or Jeremy, the instructor mentioned. His channel is called Lighting Mentor.
@@ProkoTV Yes I meant Jeremy! Thanks a lot for the reply 😄
