He was so appreciative to you for giving him a shout out in your video. He was fun to talk with and he had great prices! I bought several things from him. You truly are the reason I went to check it out! I used to go to the flea market all the time before they moved and loved it! But after they moved it just wasn't the same and I didn't go back. After watching your video I decided to give it another try and I was pleased to see how much it had grown! And his space was definitely one of my favorites! Thank you!😃

I have that same Roly Poly ball from when my kids were little in the 70’s. Your dog barking set off my dogs, they barked for 10 minutes 😮 What a great haul for $40! I love the mantel clock and milk glass candy dish, as well as all of the other milk glass. Also, that pheasant decanter was gorgeous. Can’t wait to see how the chicken crate turns out. The chicken crate is great and I’ve seen lots of people use them as coffee tables by putting 4 short legs on them and glass on the top. We had one in our kitchen years ago and Set it on its end and John put shelves in it to display old things and I hung utensils off the slats on the side. Your last flower frog is called a hairpin flower frog because the wires resemble hairpins obviously LOL. That was an amazing score for $2. I do like your cabinet you found....yes that was also a steal....and it just looks perfect on the stand that you put it on.
Those flower frogs....OMG.....what a bargain!! I have been lucky enough to obtain a few; but definitely paid more for them. I even got a tiny square one which I thought was quite unusual.
We made a coffee table with a chicken coop like yours. We power washed it and marine varnished it. We had in our stash a piano dolly from Harbor freights. We attached it to the bottom and have a rolling coffee table. It is great.
I don't like it either, when people hold estate sales and put pictures up of things they've already sold, they need to post items that have been sold. It is tacky. Love the cabinet. Reminds me of when we bought my Hossier Cabinet from a lady on marketplace. Everything was there, bin, racks, sifter...beautiful. She's proudly displayed in my dining room with some of my vintage/primitive treasures. She's early 1900's...I love her. I can't remember the exact price now, but she was very inexpensive, I've started to gather some of my treasures up for my Granddaughter, newly married, who also has a love for vintage...I'm ready for her to enjoy some of these things. My Husbands Aunt is 84, her Mother passed away over 30 years ago at 90. Every time we visit her the in the Smoky's, she sends me home with things that belonged to her Mother and Grandmother. Last time, it was Old...cast iron they cooked in. It's beautiful, and sits on my old wood stove. I do though, use her old biscuit cast iron pan. My husband said he ate many biscuits growing up that were bake in that pan. Enjoyed the haul.
You had another amazing haul! We have a clock almost like that (not electric) it was my mom and dad’s clock. The only difference is ours is smooth over the top, other than that they look the same. I actually haven't ever gone to estate sales. But when we lived in Tennessee we opened a really small thrift store in Athens almost 5yrs ago. Within a year we had to move to a bigger space. It was in a big warehouse building in Etowah. We never shopped for our store, it was totally filled from donations, left overs from estate sales, house clean outs, other places going out of business, large yard sale left overs.. most anything. And we actually have turned away donations as tired, we were just too full & it wouldn't be anything that was really worth anything. We sold everything you can imagine! Now when the donations or clean outs came in, I was normally the one that went thru everything to weed out the trash. But I only started doing that about 2yrs ago. Our recovery home guys did the clean outs so it came to the house first. That's when i really got interested, I didn't really start collecting seriously until then. Imagine the things I missed prior🫤 Anyways, i found amazing things of course, but we had to have things to sell also! So I had to be picky. The pieces i kept my husband either paid for or some things i was given for the work i did.. girl it wasn't always easy! TRAILERS PACKED with boxes & totes & large trash bags! It was fun sometimes & sometimes it was rough! You can imagine!😳😷 lol Babur of course now I'm hooked, and of course we no longer have the store since we've moved. I do miss it! I agree return your rang.. that really is bad business! It looks bad on them & people will eventually quit going to theirs! Again the fact that I love anything wood, I'm looking for the butter paddles too. I've seen most of the things i want on my hunt list of course, there's s lots of antique stores where we lived in Tennessee, but they just weren't in my budget or i picked up other things i wanted more. Now I never could find the metal flower frogs! I only found the glass ones. Things like that got gone really quick! Ohh I've never seen the copper ones, love that one! Wow.. the last one is a hairpin flower frog, very rare to find!! I would really love to find one of those!! Man you got a killer deal on those!!!😮 Definitely A blessing girlfriend!! Aww love the raggedy Ann book❤ I wish i would have kept my big raggedy Ann collection i had back in the earth 90's!🥹 Oh yes remember the chime rolly polly!! I love old kitchen utensils! Love the mantle clock! I have a few smaller ones, the dark wood, a blonde wood and my favorite one is a large, heavy one that's shaped like an old juke box, best i can describe it. Tall & thick front to back, with a chine mechanism in it. It doesn't have the extended part on the bottom & it was made in one of the European cities, can't remember where right now🥴 but i love it! Mine don't work, i just decorate with them. I have one of the ceramic Victorian era mantle clocks also, I'd love to find another one of those, they're beautiful! I love the old ladders! I want one for blankets. Awesome price! Girl its been in the 100's here in Florida for weeks with or without the heart index.. its 12:30pm right now and 102° with heat index. But i swear it feels like 120! I can't hardly take going out the door! But its been unusually hot everywhere it seems. Anytime i go anywhere i need a shower when i get back lol🥵 The Chicken crate tables are so cool! I want an old chest for a coffee table! I have one but its red so i use it to store all my bed linens. I want a brown or black flat top one. Of course I love my milk glass! I have a oil/vinegar bottle like that one! But that vase is beautiful!🤍 Girl any Primitive cabinet for that price is awesome! She's gorgeous girl!! Love how you styled it too! Definitely A steal! I actually got a big step back cupboard.. FREE!!😁 And you know the run up in the thousands, they're very large pieces. This older lady that has a home literally packed, she's a big collector, gave it to my husband for me!! The guys from our recovery home does alot of work for her. But yeah i was ecstatic!! She had several & that one had a broken hinge on one of the doors, but its a top door & I'd love to put it back on just so i can hang things on it, i won't shut it. The bottom half don't have a shelf its just a big space so i use it for storage right now. But as usual awesome haul girl!! TFS😊
