The band he's talking about is Carousel Kings and the stage diver was Carmen Carangi.

Zack Hall is the band's bodyguard/do-it-all guy. He's really good to fans (like he goes out of his way to read all his tweets and answer fans' questions, and he sometimes gives old Panic memorabilia away, plus a lot of other things) and just an all-around awesome dude.

I appreciate it when I see artists concerned for their fans. It always been obvious that Brendon cares for us, and seeing him this pissed off and concerned for our safety, and even making sure that fans were ok, is really encouraging and makes me love him even more (if that's possible)💜
i appreciate that Brendon tries to prevent people getting hurt but i would've formulated it more like, let's say, Frank Iero. "this is a place where everybody belongs", "we're all trying to have a good time, alright?" and "squash it" were some of my favorites of the phrases he used to stop people. i just don't think that something like "or I'll come for you" is a good way to reduce tension idk mate

Lmao i hunted down the band. They're called Kingsfoil and not a lot is known about them besides the fact that Frankie Muniz (Malcolm from Malcolm in the Middle) was the drummer from 2012 - February, 2014 when he was replaced by a new guy, most likely the asshole stage diver who punched Zack, but I can't find his name. The other members are singer Jordan Davis, guitarist Tristan Martin, and bassist Tim Warren.

I actually looked up that date and place and found a band called kingsfoil that played at 8:15 and panic played at 9:15 and no one performed in between so I'm guessing it was them they are kind of an older group but maybe.
hannah mendes I just did a bit more research and I think the guy who was stage diving is Frankie Muniz. The old drummer for Kingsfoil, who was part of the band around that time.
Frankie Muniz left the band in february and this concert was in april.
