How do the shape of the head compare to the normal airpods? And is the bluetooth connection solid and consistent?

Guys, I have a problem with the left earbud, the volume is significantly lower than the right earbud, does anyone know how to fix this?

Hmm, they worked out of the box for me, I didnt need to do anything. It is a small area that is sensitive. They work, just not the controls? Odd
Where can you buy the ear tips?
These dont need eartips / there is no way of attaching them.
only the right one works and nothing I do is working to re-pair them together ):
