Been on many atypical antipsychotics for severe depression. All (even the newest ones) except minimally quetiapine gave me priapism. The only antidepressant that did it was auvelity. Whenever I laid down and went to sleep it would happen. I would have to get up and walk around in order for it to go away. Its not super erect (like a normal erection) when it happens.i also sleep like 16 hrs, and I have almost zero sexual motivation, but I don't think it affected my penis. I read somewhere that after 24 straight hours then it becomes super serious.
