Stunning, but that's a lot for a home with no theater, no gym, and no sauna. I don't like to complain about these stunning homes, but at this price range some amenities are expected.
You are right about the price tag, but man, fuck the theater, I hate it when developers put that in a house, it's fucking useless.
The video didn't show that the house has an additional 2200 square of an additional level on the bottom. If you notice on the aerial shot of thr backyard there are what look like garage doors on the bottom underneath the pool terrace level, those open up and there's a whole 14 ft ceiling 2200 Sq ft unfinished space down there that could be a gym and a movie theater.

The exterior is so terribly unattractive. It looks like a motel. If you’re going to build a house that’s expensive, find an architect with some artistry and sophistication.
