So Meg and her friend were drunk, started arguing, they left to go to the car, Tory didn't know they were mad (he said it in one of the songs on the album) so eventually, he figured it out came to the car with them got into a argument in the car while driving. Meg's drunk bestie probably started slapping Tory, the security tried to calm down the situation, pulled out a gun (presumably!) to try and calm things down, that's when Meg got out the car.
And if I had to assume what happened... Meg's friend probably tried to grab the gun (Pissed off drunk girls EXIST TOO y'all lol) and it accidentally went off & ricocheted off the ground and hit Meg... Smdh... Its common sense to think that the person with a gun shot the person who got shot. Remember, people who are guilty can lie and say they didn't do. 2)she never sustained any gun shot wound confirmed by the hospital since if she did it would be reported, they have to report gun shot wound victims.
3)her story changed multiple times, first it was one foot then it was both feet and she was up fine a week later for someone who got shot in both feet
4)there was no she'll casings found at the scene to show a gun was fired
5)tory was never charged with firing a weapon
