In this extended interview with Nathan Bendon we started by talking about his own fighting mindset.
Bendon is known for both his self-belief and extreme work ethic. We discussed where these attributes come from and how they benefit him as a fighter.
We also spoke about one of the most anticipated UK muay thai fights for years, Bendon v Carrillo, which we hope to see in 2022.

I first saw Nathan as a young teenager learning Muay Thai at K-Star in Sutton Coldfield, even then he looked as if he wanted it, he trained very hard and listened to his instructors, and yes the hard work has paid off, very, very proud of him and his achievements.
