Ek desh ek kanoon hona chahiye.Agar eise hi demand alog alog state me hote toh hum bhi apna district keliye kañóon banayenge.
Police state mein desh ko nahi badalna chahiye. Police ko adhik powers nahi Dene chahiye. Evidence based, complainant affidavit, evidence Dena hoga, complaint kar par, is ke baad accused se enquiry honi chahiye, uska apna paksh, evidence rakhne ka mauka milna chahiye. Bina proper enquiry, FIR register nahi honi chahiye, accused ko arrest nahi karna chahiye. Jhoothi complaint par, complainant ko saza, fine, jail, hona chahiye. Accused nirdosh Paya jaye to usko harjana bharpayi, complainant ko dena hoga.
पुलिस के लिए यह कानून बहुत ही कठिन हो गया है और तुम यह कहते हो पुलिस को अधिक पॉवर दे दिया गया है ?
पुलिस हिरासत की समयावधि बढ़ा दी गई है
जमानत के प्रावधान में बदलाव हुए हैं
निजता के अधिकार को प्रभावित करता है और ऐसे ही अनेक प्रावधान हैं जो इस करप्ट पुलिस प्रणाली को ज्यादा enable करती है
