Hello cat lovers 🧡🧡🧡. I am not a veterinarian, but I know If you need to bottle feed a small kitten😺 the kitten should be on 💥 HIS STOMACH💥 because the gag reflex is not present until 10 days of age. The act of swallowing works in sync with the act of sucking. Until 10-14 days, there is no cough reflex. In this video, the kittens 😺😺😺😺😺 are 3+ weeks old, they are healthy and do a great job of sucking milk from a bottle.
As cute as it looks when the kitten drinks milk and sleeps, it is life threateneing to feed kittens laying on their back.. try to mimic how they suck from their mom. Laying on their stomach and head turned a little upwards.

Adorable fellow foster parent. Just don’t lay him on his back when feeding. I love to wrap mine in a dry towel and just cuddle him and rock him until he is dry. They are just so precious. Yours is a real cutie i must say. A true little doll.
Never ever feed the kitten like that. It’s very risky, kitten can aspire formula, and pneumonia usually follows. Always bottle feed a kitten placed on its stomach, never on its back.

You only have to worry about that if the kitten is very dumb
