also a little tidbit of info on spicoli's jacket; it was made by a company called lakeland tapestries in the 60s/70s and are extremely, extremely rare to find!
I remember seeing this movie in 2001 when I was in 5th grade, and then automatically going and buying a pair of checker slip-ons. Back when you had to go to a skateshop to buy a pair of vans. But in 2001 you had to order them cuz vans was still in their "puffy skate shoe" faze. Awesome video btw 👏 👍 👌
Idea: maybe add at the bottom of the screen a rough price range for what each featured vintage item goes for now, especially some of the higher value ones. I like that the focus is on appreciating the garments themselves instead of their prices/value, but the price is usually a good metric of how sought after / collectible each piece is
I also want to say that the video itself is put together well. It’s well-paced, the clicking sound effects when you pause the show and the pop sound effect when you add the arrows in to point at the garments are nice touches that polish off the actual content. The narration and presentation is good and grabbing (tone of voice, use of your hands when talking, etc.) TL;DR: how do you not have more subs
We actually debating this idea with this video. With the number of items we had to cover we decided against it, but we will likely bring it into future videos. Great idea!
This is by far becoming one of my favorite things on UA-cam from you or anyone really. Awesome, totally awesome. 👏 Thank you 😎🏄♂️🌴

So many cool vintage shirts and other vintage items in this movie, that 75 roach print shirt in the locker room is the Best
This should be viral! Awesome job!🙌
that western shirt with the print yoke/cuffs is likely a Kennington, fwiw

The carpet jacket at 8:27 may be a Lakeland brand. I had a very similar if not the same one years ago.
I see Dazed and Confused in our future 🤔
;)
16 Candles 🤩🥰
7:27 this guy must have been a millionaire. A color TV in his room, a phone and a Walkman in 1982?!?!!

Funny you should say that...
More on the jeans
We'll be doing some old westerns in the future. Denim everywhere.
You must have to do a lot of research for these videos. Great work and great series idea
