@@remanikas5431 she's mother because of georgie and needs to get a good rest, and at that point, sheldon's room isn't the biggest problem in the world. other than that, she's not entitled at all. only sheldon really is.

Initially I thought it was a bad idea throwing a party at Brenda’s house with the Cleanup afterwards , noise complaint and all but I can’t believe Brenda saw through it all and is Okay with it!! (Unlike Mary)

Goerge sr was also against the idea. Mostly because of the alcohol and the dangers potential property damage , the teenage pregnancy. These are normal things a parent worries about and tries to prevent. There is the whole throwing a party without permission. The generally a bad thing. Mary reaction is typical of most parents.
there is a different appeal to throwing a party while the folks are away than when they are there to supervise.
Brenda could have gone mother hen. She worries for Billy in the other sense. She wants billly to be social. This was a good opportunity. With Missy she knows the party will not get to crazy. It’s a calculated risk on her part. Billy is not a rebellious teen. He is not social either. The contrast to her own experience with being a social butterfly. She worries her son will be alone.
Brenda would love it to have his son have friends, she was animal party too
I think she did not know there was going to be alcohol and exploding stuff at the party. She probably thought it'd be a regular kids party with age-appropriate games.
@@brawl8 um, what? With Missy she knows the party will not get too crazy? Um, are we supposed to believe Brenda never met Missy (we know she has)? Anyway, if that's really what Brenda thought, boy was she wrong. Though we don't see much of the party, the writers show us plenty of obvious hints that the party got VERY crazy.

Spoiler alert .... Billy was Missy's 1st husband, and Raj is her 2nd. The 1st two of 4 kids were fathered by Billy.

Best episode in ages. Great to see Billy, PastorJeff, and even Brenda (melissa Peterman is fantastic,) . Georgie finally got his sense of humor back; every scene is funny. Did the old writers come back ? A++

I love this show so much. It's best when it isn't about Sheldon. He is by far the least interesting or likeable character. Same joke over and over. I love Georgie, Mandy, Missy, Meemaw, and Mary and George.

This has been confusing me since I was 15, what is it with a kid’s compulsive need to throw a party at the sudden realization that parents are not home? Do they have a death wish? Also, what is with people’s obsession with alcohol at these things?
Alcohol is a social drug. It's fun to consume it with large amounts of people. But I guess you're a better person than most because you don't like things like that, Probably why you don't get invited to parties
Because is fun, and because is fun. Not everything in life needs a good reason to happen.

It’s people like you I hate, one statement that is said and people think they have you all figured out. Getting drunk and making a complete bafoon of yourself is not what I call having a good time. I have gone to parties and said I would have some drinks of soda but there was no beverage except bear. Seeing this, I just left the party because getting drunk isnt my idea of having a good time. I fail to see why making the responsible choice makes me a loser in your damn eyes and makes you jump to conclusions as if you have me suddenly figured because guess what, you don’t!

@@H3llokitty_3 ouch! I was hoping sometime after he started that candy selling gig, having made her that smart tart necklace she kept on her rear view, she would conclude focusing on her relationship with God, and gradually be the one Georgie gets together with. I just figured it’d make more sense.
For the most part, this storyline stunk. Albeit by Missy's standards, it's pretty much par at this point. But there are some noteworthy highlights:
-The Offspring: Gotta Get Away, shown on MTV. The first concert I ever saw was a festival headlined by them and they put on a heck of a show. Plus, that's the first indication of what year this season takes place (that song came out in 1994).
-The part where Billy thought Missy wanted to throw a party for the chickens
-Billy's dancing

Anyway, she most likely lives with her dad now. Her dad moved out of the house. This was announced in season 4. The writers were forced to get rid of him because he left this show to become the star of Bob Hearts Abishola
