Legendary flautist and a true treasure of hindustani classical music, Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia graced the stage for us at the stunning Union Chapel in London.
He was destined to follow in his father's footsteps as a wrestler but instead, he followed his heart and pursued his love of music which paved way for a prolific and glittering career as a global artist and educator.
Pandit Ji is nothing short of a legend & an icon of the Indian classical arts.
Pandit Ji is accompanied by tabla legend, Shri Sanju Sahai ji - the torch bearer of the famous Benares Gharana (School) of Tabla. Sanju Ji hails from a 300 year old family lineage that are credited with originating this beautiful form of tabla artistry in Varanasi (Benares), India.
