I am 53 years old and I have been smoking since I was 14 years old. The doctor told me that if I don't put the cigarettes down that I will be on a oxygen tank, I can't and I will not, I can do all things in Christ who strengthens me🙏🏿 Thank you Jesus❤️ I will just ask for all your prayers for my friend and myself today.
