We love all the black light sodas and pops!! They are over doing it some but we just finally got to the point where we aren’t trying to get them all and just focusing on the ones we really love!! Congrats on getting the Michelangelo chase!! Was so cool you got the one you were hoping for!!!
I still can’t believe how lucky I was for it to work out in the end and get Michelangelo. I couldn’t have planned that better if I tried lol. I’m with you on trying to focus more on ones you love and being more selective. I kind of threw in the towel a while ago on trying to get them all haha.

Haha gotta love Michelangelo! Aside from the name I always liked him the most because he seemed to be the most concerned with just eating as much pizza as possible lol. Yeah, I couldn’t help but beat Funko up throughout this video because I’m just getting annoyed with them reusing molds over and over again. I understand it saves them a bunch of money, but the common sodas already hold very little value so all the variants just crush the values even more.
Great video. Personally I am getting a little bit sick of both the black like and the Jack from Nightmare before Christmas. I don’t really mind if the chase is black light but I don’t really like when they make a common black light especially one they already made.
Totally agree! They need to slow down in general but especially on the blacklights and reusing old molds.

Thanks! Yeah, it’s a bummer that they keep reusing the molds. I think they just realized they could get a lot more value out of them now that the sodas are so popular. Mark my words - piece counts on these things will eventually disappear because Funko won’t want us knowing how many there are.

Funko should make The Soda versions of Wrestling stars such as Sting and his Chase is The NWO Wolfpack Sting,Goldberg and his Chase is himself holding both The WCW World Heavyweight Championship and The WCW US Championship belts,Hulk Hogan and his Chase is NWO Hollywood Hulk Hogan,Triple H and his Chase is The Game,AEW's Chris Jericho and his Chase is The Painmaker,and Bray Wyatt and his Chase is his alter-ego The Fiend,and that Funko should also make The MMPR versions of The Funko Soda's and their Chase's are unmasked and in their morphing pose's such as Jason,Zack,Trini,Billy,Kimberly,and Tommy,Looney Tunes,and a Funko Soda figure of Al Capone and his Chase should be himself wearing a fedora and a fancy suit and also holding a Tommy Gun

I really love your idea for the wrestlers. Having WWF Hulk Hogan and NWO Hulk Hogan Chase would be absolutely amazing. Also like the idea for the Power Rangers similar to how they have the masked/unmasked pops.

What's the difference between black light and the normal ones
They use the same mold to create the figures for most of them so really the only difference between these and the original releases are the colors. Similar to when they make difference variants of Pops using the same mold like gold/chrome/flocked/glow/etc.

A cash grab from Funko, say it aint so, can hardly believe it. I am not a fan of any of the blacklight stuff, just think they are very odd looking, dont like the colors, so those have been a whole segment that I wouldnt spend any money on in the first place.
Yeah, I’m actually kind of in the same boat. I’ve opened some stuff for the channel, but I actually only have very few that I’ve kept in my collection.
