I'd say Pancode is very far from succeeding Code: Not only has Code: been in the game longer, much longer, he's also got his style down to a T. Pancode got some serious bangers, but there's just something about Code:'s sound design that feels more professional, or at the least better. But, to each their own.
@@lukaz20001 I think Salem, Chosen or The Lovecraftian Horrors for example sound professional, but till 2018 he sound like a beginner not like a director of a symphony. No chorus, no classical instruments, much more simple drops (sometimes the same drop appears two times). I'm not saying that Pancode is better than Code:. I'm saying that Code: is doing his best

I'd definitely agree with you on some of it, although Code: has been a pioneer of orchestral Deathstep for such a long time now. Code: definitely goes simple in terms of structure from time to time, but he has such a recognizable style, too. It should be noted, that I'm not much into Pancode.
Pancode is super into this hyper violent, distorted and heavy kinda vibe, you can't find a lot of Code songs that go as far as Pancode does in terms of just sheer auditory darkness. Code Pandorum has a far more diverse soundscape at this point, but he has also been around much longer, I suppose if he stays in the game Pancode has quite a few years to refine his style and branch out, but he'll do what he likes. We'll see...
