They can combine only by fusion but if the user is both calm and opposite of calm you can unlock both ui amd ue and even combine them but you will need the ui of manga goku

Meerus dont have a god of destruction so if shin died only whis will be deactivated not meerus
Goku black form Mui would be stronger than goku Mui and vegeta ultra ego.

The reason why black's version of ssj match ssjb and stronger because his ki was pure god ki and it might have also effect mui and gave it a 10x boost
