But in Greece they serve πατατες με αυγα (French fries n eggs) therefore there's a lot of Greek in this breakfast it don't have to be κουλουρι μπουγατσα σπανακοπιτα κλπ only....
Hands down, one of my all time favourite breakfast meals ! This version looked Phenomenal ! The cafe itself was pleasant looking also. Now I'm hungry. JB

You guys need to go to Yolk. Any of the following locations are the BEST in my opinion. West Loop / Marina City / Lincoln Park / Test Kitchen. Give them a try. It's a MUST if you are looking for breakfast and lunch in Chicago as well!!!!
