I've only experienced reverse boosting when I played on viewer accounts when mine got temp banned (shadowbanned from reports)

Ikr loved back in bo2 when you had like 2 good players on each team and it was up to the shitters on either side to alter the outcome of the match. Ive had kept a consistent kd above 2 since bo 1 and i know if i play cold war it will be sweaty as hell.

Not hating on the guy but this shows that good players before we able to get high kill gameplays because they mostly play against noobs. Not to mention that they have all the equipment necessary to improve the performance; gaming chair, headsets and soundwhore, scuff controllers, g-fuel and mountain dew drinks.

That shotgun is actually great for 1HK but it looks like you have that attachment that makes your pellet spread horizontally(for potentially hitting multiple targets) thats why u get hitmarkers.

Not being good at ANY COD so reverse boosting to get halfway good is completely different than what some of these real players out here reverse boost for. They reverse boost to get out of lobbies that sweat so hard that they make the Dead Sea look drinkable. You on average get smoked by kids that have to have special controllers made cause they can't barely lift a finger.

Idk if its because I primarily play S&D, but I've never experienced the whole stress of SBMM. Every now and then I get a lobby that is a challenge, but that has always been the way S&D go. Very happy I do not play free for all or the other gametypes

I don't know if anyone remembers, but this SBMM/Reverse boosting stuff reminds me of the COD5 WAW days when they had the "bootcamp" Playlist for people under level 10 and once you surpassed level 10 you could no longer play the Bootcamp playlist. But people found a way to break into bootcamp LOL and just Pub-stomp the shit outta the newbies.
They should just add a playlist similar to that again instead of the this whole skill based match making thing. It really killed the casual aspect of cod and makes you lose motivation to play even as a new player. Miss those days just messing around trying new guns and such. Being able to get a top killstreak. I don't know. It was never broken, never really heard of anyone complaining how it was before seems odd they'd change it. What happened to if it ain't broke don't fix it?

Getting stomped is a right of passage in these games. There is a learning curve. I started playing COD at MW3 and I hated it at first. Getting destroyed by better players was a daily event. How else can you get better though ?
There is a way for content makers not to reverse boost - join your subs lobbies. It will make more close interaction with subs, more educational content and there is nothing wrong with it.

Admitting yourself doing such a thing makes you honest. Sometimes having a brutal truth is much more soothing than an elegant lie. It may seem stretch of what I am saying but it is the truth. I don’t consider myself a professional COD player, but I have an intermediate level. I had played MW and holy grail it was SBMM at its finest, now MW isn’t much because sweaty players moved on but that’s why I don’t play COD much because I felt like my insides were gonna implode. I might think to do reverse boost for experimental in order to play modern COD games. Blame Truth, Thunder, and now Eight Thoughts. Despite knowing you guys recently (better late than never). I will always support you guys.

I do a version of reverse boosting. When I am in class I keep my headphones in and jump into Nuketown with no sound (cause I am in class) and I usually use launchers and pistols and shit.

The ninja footsteps are not silent at all. I think it depends on what kind of headset combo you use. I use A40's with Astro mix amp.

I’m a super casual COD player. I’ve bought every cod since MW2, but only played each game a couple of times. I started playing MW2019 late and I’ve been playing Cold War since release. I had never heard about SBMM until recently. And once I heard about it, it all made sense. Playing MW2019 was fun for about the first 2-3 matches. Then everyone was jumping, sliding, etc. I’m just trying to get off work and chill not sweat. It seams that the community has complained to COD and they don’t listen, but once professional players start complaining do you think they’ll change?
Dead silence should counter awareness. It's much easier to listen and wait for people at least with thi DS you csn move. Also you can hear footsteps, but it's like bo2, jumping and mantling is what makes noise
The footsteps have always been silent when using ninja or dead silence, we just had awareness to counter it. We need that again.
You need to turn your headset up THUNDER because ninja isnt completely silent in this game 😂
