4:44 point -3 on short polling is very confusing - "it" who queries . As per the explanation you started it seems that Server is Polling for msgs from Queue but .. from this point it looks like Queue is waiting on more than one server for msgs?

No bro , this statement means that when the next server is contacting the queue for processing the data which is assigned to him will check only the first queue not whole. I hope you get now.
