Having extra lesson taught by the same school is unethical and is not morally right. I have taught across two continents and it is only in Nigeria that this happens . It is part of our code of conduct as teachers in the western world not to get involve in private tutoring of the student that we teach . How can you be unbiased ? Middle class families and the well off should form education foundation that can work with existing public schools to improve the standard so running cost is low and everyone can enrol their kids .
