i get that he just moved his hand to hit the orange note but now he doesn't have enough fingers to hit the green note. how does this benefit him at all?
You generally use your pointer finger and just alternate it in-between red and green while your pinky, index, and middle finger sit respectively on orange, blue, and yellow. A good way of practicing is holding down yellow, blue, and orange, and practicing hitting red, then green, then red, then green etc. with your pointer finger while keeping yellow, blue, and orange held down. You'll want to go slow at first, but with practice you should be able to get it done consistently. Another way of practicing is to play on medium difficulty, and just shift to the expert position (RYBO) using your pointer finger to hit both the red and the green note. JasonParadise plays this style, you can see him doing this in some of his videos, and it's easier to keep track of as he isn't playing the insane stuff like Frosted or Acai are.
You don't stay moved up, you move back down as needed Also reaching from red to green with your pointer is less strenuous than from blue to orange with your pinky

Choose a guitar that feels comfortable enough for you and then when you get good or semi-good, then you want to try other guitars. I started on a ps2 one and when I started getting upper 80's lower 90's percents on dragon force, I tried other guitars and it actually made some stuff easier switching the guitar because the frets on the ps2 ones are raised a lot more than others which made switching easier since it had less travel and was easier to slide(using wii guitars now)
i got my wii and ps2 guitar adapter on Ebay just search WII to USB adapter Clone Hero or Clone Hero PlayStation usb Controller Converter then just setup the buttons in settings when u get it
I have six guitar hero controllers, all from when I used to play the main games on PS3, so I have 1x GH3, 1x GHWT (+1 extra faceplate), 1x GH Metallica, 1x GH5, 2x GH Live. Yet I still really want the White Explorer and the GH WoR guitar. I just love'em
I did something a bit more different for the controller... I bound A S D F G to the frets, the right SHIFT as Star Power, ENTER as pause, the up and down arrows to strumming, and the left and right arrows to the whammy bar. I bet I'm the only one that plays like this.
this is the absolute worst controller you could use, steer clear of this and spend the money on a raphnet! (unless ofc its your only way to play, in which case, good luck!)

Love how he said this video is not sponsored by raid Shadow Legends
this is perfect, thank you
I'm not even new to the game, but I watched it anyways because it's a Frosted tutorial I hadn't seen yet.
As a newcomer.. it's hard to tell if my guitar is any good? I tried 4 guitars. Two of which were wired Xplorers. But I really didn't like how they played. So I'm now playing with a extremely sundamaged wireless sunburst guitar. Does the job. I'm enjoying the game.
Choose a guitar that feels comfortable enough for you and then when you get good or semi-good, then you want to try other guitars. I started on a ps2 one and when I started getting upper 80's lower 90's percents on dragon force, I tried other guitars and it actually made some stuff easier switching the guitar because the frets on the ps2 ones are raised a lot more than others which made switching easier since it had less travel and was easier to slide(using wii guitars now)
Orange Notes? Not a problem!
Open Notes? *runs screaming in terror*
The meme at 1:06 the bottom left of spongebob should say “I play soulless 5 on expert”
Imagine someone with 6 finger hands playing Guitar Hero. Absolutely terrifying, lol.
I dropped my phone and hid under my covers when I saw that orange menace. Shits is spooky.
the orange note was so scary that the cloud just turned black
Omg tht orange button explanation was perfect 🤦🏽♂️😂
i actully found a xplorer guitar in the trash and it was fully functional. its my main guitar now
Started screaming No as soon as the Reflection of the orange button
I just wanna get back to GH3 to finally play fast solo 1 on the song "One" without just enabling star power and spamming strum.
i got my wii and ps2 guitar adapter on Ebay just search WII to USB adapter Clone Hero or Clone Hero PlayStation usb Controller Converter then just setup the buttons in settings when u get it
I have a guitar hero guitar can i play it with it? Idk how to get it to work on the app
I watched this without audio and then with audio and I literally knew you’d use this music…
The actual gameplay Machinations A
I did something a bit more different for the controller...
I bound A S D F G to the frets, the right SHIFT as Star Power, ENTER as pause, the up and down arrows to strumming, and the left and right arrows to the whammy bar. I bet I'm the only one that plays like this.
For wii guitars there is a program called wiitar that works using bluetooth to connect to the wiimote
this is the absolute worst controller you could use, steer clear of this and spend the money on a raphnet! (unless ofc its your only way to play, in which case, good luck!)
@@Frif it works great for me and hasn’t given me any problems
Orange is my favorite color.
This an orange button
Soldier:dear god
It’s farther than the blue
Soldier:no
Wait until people find out that rock band 4 makes players occasionally hit the orange note on easy and medium
Instructions unclear on how to hit orange notes, I broke all my fingers, both wrists, and have contracted aids
yo where can we find that The Orange Note chart? 🤔
Dude thank you so much for this detailed tutorial. Was just thinking about this. Quick question though
Does a windows laptop work or will desktop be better?
a laptop will work :)
@@Frif thank you!
so, in Brazil a guitar costs R$ 324,29 (76,88US) and the wii adapter is R$ 295,25 (70,00US).... bruh
i know that feel bro, everything here is overpriced, lucky me won a GH3 guitar back in my adolescence from my brother, i have it until today.
3:01 What if my guitar tap don't work when playing a song that is made for the tap mode?
"this video is not sponsored by raid shadow legends" lmaoooo
How do you hit the type of notes at 5:30??
eat your guitar
How do you get your clone hero to look like guitar hero?
I don't have a clone hero addiction I can stop when ever I want not just now though I just downloaded 3 more song packs
Dude you NEED to put some calming music or breathing exercises in cause I'm in full panic rn
I'll remember that for the next one of these I make :P
One time I think I FC'd an orange note but idk
MY big problem with CH was the song this video save my life.
i dont have a songs folder and cant figure out any other ways to actually put them into clone hero
Create a random folder on your computer and just name it Songs. You can add it as a directory that the game recognizes in the settings (I think).
I have this same issue and the game either did not recognize the folder or I zipped the song incorrectly into the folder@@Frif
thank you for your video it is very well explained
its gamer time
