I live 10 minutes from the GN and L’Auberge, 15 minutes from the Horseshoe. All three are nice casinos but i usually make the hour drive to the Coushatta in Kinder, LA
@@DestinationJackpotyou’re welcome, lots of people say the Coushatta gives better rewards to the players. But all 4 of the casinos mentioned are nice to play at.
This just popped up, and I'm glad that it did. I have to ask my friend in Lake Charles about all of this. I had NO idea that there are casinos ther!! Ya'll enjoy 😊👍🏾
Lake Charles was the 1st place to have a Casino/Riverboats. This was back in the 90's, it was actually own by Merv Griffin. Me and a friend of mine use to drive 2 hours on a Sunday evening. The boats wasn't allowed to dock, but there were 2 of them at all times. One wb docked while the other was out in the water. Fun times.
There isn't a smoke free area, but the casino is usually at 50% capacity or less even during the weekends. It's not a bad casino. It just doesn't have all of the amenities as the other casinos in the area so it doesn't attract as many visitors.
Love Destination Jackpot. I’ll be staying a Horseshoe Lake Charles next week. Don’t know where y’all will be but would love to meet you guys and gamble a little. Would love some insights on how to get comps.
@@DestinationJackpot hopefully in the future we can meet up. Lake Charles is only 5hrs away. Would love some tips and tricks. Watch your videos as well as a few others. We’ll be in Vegas mid April next year 11-18. Haven’t visited Kickapoo yet maybe. I like Lake Charles.
WOW!!! Awesome video. You guys are awesome and you used your players card to pay for your meal. Sweet!!! I have a question about Players cards. As I build up my Caesars Players card and get free play I know I can use the Free Play towards food and the slot machines. So here's my question: If my players card which is Platinum status, what kind of offers or rewards do you usually get with Platinum? I'm assuming you may get free Room stays to use at various Caesar hotel casinos? I know Gold is from 0 to 4,999 credits; Platinum is from 5,000 to 14,999 credits and Diamond is from 15,000 to 24,999 credits. Thanks for sharing. Cheers Guys!
You can look on Caesars Rewards and see what platinum gets for their rewards. Free rooms and meal comps goes by your Theo score from your previous play at casinos. I hope that helps.
I just subscribed! 😊 I have been to all three; the Golden Nugget is my favorite. The Horseshoe is my least favorite. I did like that the machines were spaced out, but that was it. 🎰🎰🎰
More energy at the Golden Nugget, Leberge seems like a nursing home. The Rush Lounge in the Nugget usually has some good musical talent playing there, Ice bar isn’t bad either.
Hey look my (what i consider small) little town getting some recognition. My favorite is the golden nugget as far as, staying overnight, entertainment, food and pool; but i seem to win more often at lauberge. I always get torn between the 2 because i want to win but i always want the better status at nugget for the perks

That is interesting. We haven’t been there in a while as we try to work the brands and their points. Thanks for the tip💚💚💚

Wow I’ve been living here for almost 7 years like 25 minutes from this place and I never went just pass bye but seeing this video. It’s beautiful. 😍
I’ve not yet been to St. Charles but happy to know what to expect when I do. Well done. Thanks!
Thank you. It is our home casino.
You guys are too cute! Thanks for the video, ive been trying to decide which casino to stay at for our next road trip💜
You’re the sweetest! Hope our videos help.🍀🍀🍀

Yes they actually have 3 casinos.

I for sure remember those times as well😉😉😉
Did the Horseshoe have a smoke free gaming area? They do in Shreveport. Thank you.
Not that I saw.

I thought the first casino was the Horseshoe? You kept saying "Golden Nugget". Might want to edit that for those that could be confused.
Thanks for clarifying for us😉

Glad you enjoyed it. We do like the Nugget and usually do pretty well there.
Love Mike's sandwich!!! My hubby would love those Onion Rings 🎉😋
They were so good!
I'll visit my cousins and they go to these. I play on my phone or read my Kindle and they lose money.😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅
lol, hopefully y’all have fun though?
@@DestinationJackpot I eat well there! Free WIFI.
What a worthless video, didn't even show a walkthrough of the casino.
Sorry.
Just so you know, most casinos do not allow photography in any area other than the slot area. And some don`t even allow that.
