With almost 800 challenges won, and some not finished, Randy needs to get the exercise incorporated. We dont care if you win or lose, have fun and be healthy.

damn people, leave randy alone. yes he talks a bit, yes he at times looks chunky, but quit hating on the man. he seems like a very nice guy and has worked with many other enjoyable eating personalities like Raina. Randy like the showman role and he always makes sure to state where they are at, what the details and requirements are for the challenges and what the rewards are so people don't fill the comments with questions about those things. he's just methodical and thorough and loves to cheer his friends on as even though they are friendly competition he understands they all have their strengths and weaknesses. Raina destroys meat and struggles with carbs and while having built up her ability to handle spice it was once something she struggled with and had to combat with yogurts, ice cream and milk. Randy enjoys the company. this is coming from someone who used to think the way most of you did, but over time and watching many videos i got a better understanding. from what i know, he eats many challenges on tour and then works it off. so toward the end of his touring season he takes a break and burns the fat. but quit hating on him just for being in the videos. Raina loves hanging out with these folks, i doubt she likes people shitting on her friends even if you're a fan or enjoy watching her smash challenges. grow up folks.

This is his usual, Remember these are his only meals and works out after them still. He goes on long eating trips and gains weight and then takes a big break with all the film and slims back down only to re up another tour so to say, has been doing this for years.

I'm not sure if you know this but, rice expands with water. So the more water you drink the more the rice will expand in your stomach. For these rice heavy challenges slow down on the water and it will work better for you.

I think when you eat less to save space for the challenge is counterproductive. When I practiced intermittent fasting, I noticed my stomach shrunk so maybe that's what's happening here. Congrats on finishing!

Yeah me too, something is off about her lately, I've noticed that same vomiting look on recent videos. I think she might be messing up her health in some way. I work with sick people of all illnesses and this looks more like purging, she might have started that but I hope I'm wrong.
@@snoopyhotsauce8801 Raina mentioned in one of her recent videos that her food capacity isn't the same and her health did start getting affected from all those food challenges.. which is why she has decided to not just do food challenges and mix up things on her channel where she does cooking videos and other things
