Ish and Joe could have used distinct clear communication. Ish could have easily said I have a doctors appointment in the morning and won’t be able to make it. Joe could have also asked a follow up question clarifying he won’t be there. They need a HR/ admin person and guidelines to take care of these little issues.

I’ve finally crossed over to “they doing too much hating with Mel” crew. Fungus Freddy and her joke last pod about Ish passing on $500 he could pay Joe with jokes get no response outside of Emanny. Flip approaching Flo Rida speaking on Mel and them blasting her dating life before she spoke on it is flagrant. All that after Joe continuous flip her comments last week is getting cringey.
