To answer your question, it's also with the "old school" slot machines. Next time you play them, rapid fire a couple spins. You'll notice that the reels don't stop in order. Sometimes they'll stop first reel, third, forth then second, etc. All slots are set up this way.

Yes it's on his end it might be the weather or some interfere with area he is in when you're in middle of nowhere it doesn't always focus and sometimes it's the location
