@Jesus Mfing christ you don't just offer a contract to anyone. Faze saw the $$$ in Tfue and that's why he was even signed. An NBA player can't leave their 3 year contract because another team is offering more money.
Three years is a looong time on the internet though. It makes sense he is sueing because he might not be making as much money in three years time, trying to get out of a bad deal while he is still growing.
VanSanPro if he wanted out of a bad deal, he would’ve taken their other offers. Especially when Faze has proven their longevity in internet culture.

5:28 - Jan 4th, Apr 3rd, Apr 29th contacts were sent with the 80/20 split. "Then the other day as this developed". So it took until the 4th contract to remove the 80/20 split, .. yet I've heard also said that this 80/20 split was a remnant of the past. A contract is not for the good times, it's for the bad. That's kind that you only collected a reasonable amount up until now, but you were tying someone into another contract with the same terms. It should not have taken until the 4th amended contract in 2019 to resolve that split. If you were only intending on collecting 20% anyhow that should've been made clear to the lawyers, for the sake of both parties.
What faze does not understand is that even tho they didnt take more than 20 percent of his shit at the end of the day they could if they want to and that bothers tfue...
Vanished_Sheen they offered the kid a contract that faze would not get any money from tfue at all. Kid just joined for clout and left once he’s at the top.

Legally Tfue can get out because it is an ILLEGAL contract and violates his rights and the Talent Agency Act among other laws.
They couldn't let him go. So Tfue had to file the lawsuit to get let go and now they have the Labor Commission coming for them too.

He tried using the alcohol and stunts thing to make it illegal or whatever, because there probably isn’t anything in the contract that is actually illegal. You act like FaZe clan doesn’t have lawyers looking over this stuff before they send it out. It’s innocent until proven guilty and so far tfue has shown no evidence that they did anything illegal
