xQc was wrong about the wagyu is wagyu thing. Only in Japan is it legally required to be from those places to be called it. In the US you can call anything Wagyu or Kobe and not be punished legally.

Tbh even people who live in Japan thinks it's overrated lmao wagyu just means Japanese beef so it doesn't really matter which meat you buy it's wagyu to them. You don't need the premium meat to get the gist of the flavor when it all just tastes like butter and makes you feel heavy and shitty after.

I love how they're criticizing a legitimate teppanyaki restaurant while saying Habachi is the best. Habachi is known for being performance over taste, while real teppanyaki is intended to show you the full cooking process and quality of ingredients. The very first dish shows the quality of the cooking process as a whole as well. How many different cooking processes did they use just for a single shrimp? Steaming, deep frying, grilling, and making a sauce.
Also, that stuff earlier wasn't the brains. It was the liver meat. Basically a bunch of people who know absolutely nothing act like they know everything..

wagyu is not just wagyu! It just means it’s beef from Japan. The meat grading ranges from C1 - A5. This is top grade beef which is only available in Japan. There are many stores around the world calling their beef A5, which it’s definitely not.
A5 wagyu is available outside japan. They are certified and exported from japan

A straight up whole boiled crab is also delicious asf, do not go to seafood boil restaurants, it's literally frozen unfresh seafood with a ton of sauce to mask the unfreshness. Go to some Asian market and buy the raw alive seafood, then prep it yourself, way better.

Most, like about 99%, wagyu are fake in the US. Only limited restaurant sell real wagyu beef. Unless you buy it yourself from select suppliers.
